Jimbo Mathus in Water Valley
We saw that Jimbo Mathus was playing last Friday March 23 in Water Valley. We didn't make it to the Casey Jones historic marker dedication at 4:00 because of work, but decided to go to the opening at Bozart's gallery that evening anyway. When we got to Water Valley, nearer to 7:00, Jimbo Mathus was still playing!! He took a break and we asked him if he was going to play some more. He pretty much said as long as people were listening he'd be playing.
At Bozart's the fabulous Annette held another lively opening. Also seen, Micky, Patty D., Hannah G, Helene, Betsy and Lewis, Susannah looking like she had just returned from some islands and about 100 other people.
